Review:
Fallon and Ben, their story really captured me completely. Even though I read the book in English I couldn't put it down. Being in Fallon's shoes as I read the pages and understanding her trauma, fear of living on the outside and yet her persistence to do what she is most passionate about made me admire the character. On the other hand, when Ben the writer appears, the fog of Fallon's life lifts and we find hope and encouragement in his life. Ben is really lovely, I marked every poem and sentence he made up.
November 9 is the date of the two of them, of the tragedies that unite them and of the healing and joyful moments of their lives. The romantic and dramatic aspect of meeting once a year with the promise of continuing a story together.
The book has a plot twist that I didn't expect and in which I had to take time to process it.
The novel surprised me, I enjoyed it until the last page. Highly recommended for readers who like good love stories, drama, and unexpected twists.
